As this time of year always reminds us of new life, with flowers starting to grow and baby animals about to be born, it reminds me of how lucky we have been to create two beautiful healthy little children after being told we wouldn't be able to do it NATURALLY! but yet we did.
I have been left with a large midline scar which is very obvious. I also have two smaller scars where the drains were placed in my side. I find it very difficult to think or talk about what happened. For the first 18 months -2 years I broke down every time I thought about it.

Hi I’m Francesca! Owner of Babybamba, married mother of two living on the outskirts of London. This is the first of my weekly blogs. I have always loved reading blogs, and enjoy keeping up to date with other, like-minded, people – especially with others that have babies and kids! I find it refreshing to know there are people out there that share a similar outlook to myself.
